With more than 20,000 REALTORS® and affiliate members in Orange, Seminole, and the surrounding counties, the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA) is one of the largest local trade associations in the state of Florida.
Chatter Buzz was asked to increase consumer brand awareness and education about the value of engaging a REALTOR® for important real estate decisions. To elevate the ORRA brand, Chatter Buzz refined the brand positioning, developed insight-driven brand campaigns, and streamlined the advertising media plan to generate the most trackable ROI for the Association.
Results
Our creative campaign for the promotion of fresh spring produce drove 14.5M digital impressions and 1.5M unique total reach during a 12-month flight, surpassing all historical consumer campaign benchmarks. Furthermore, the integrated media campaign increased website visits, which resulted in 11,456 conversion actions.
